BPP days on Mondays and Fridays to work on personal development, exams, assignments and missions] Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is rotation day. rotations can last from 4 -6 months and then we move onto new one
yes; communication passion teamwork personal development delivery development positivity etc
very much; I like how were learning so the pressure to perform isn't the same as BAU and the fact we do something different every week as I would get board doing the same thing every day. I also enjoy how we work with others as we are all around the same age but differ in experience and skills so we can help eachother
takes some time to get there and experimenting but apart from that all is good.
