As i am part of Implementation Support i deal with moving departments IT equipment and re-installing them. it also includes patching to the switches. As a team we handle projects together for example when we have a move week we will come together as a team to get the job done.
I have been able ot do Comptia A+ exams which i currently have one remaining. Also i have been able to improve upon my personal skills including communication, handling tasks and becoming a leader within the team.
Every part of this programme has helped me thrive in a working enviroment from meeting new people to handling new tasks.
Nomura has a company has made myself feel like i really do matter to the company, from my manager to the ladies in HR they have done anything and everything to help me get to my potential
As stated Nomura has done anything and everything to help me as an apprenticeship through the programme organisning meetings with other teams to keeping up to date to what is happening.
There are some things that could be approved on such but the training side is amazing with trainers that know what they are speaking about and are able to portray it to a class.
Whatever needs doing Nomura does it to help us get through the year. My team has been amazing through out the year and so can be said for the HR team.
Salary helps through out the year with travel and revision.
I have been able to meet new people so you never know where my career path could lead to
