My role is within Invoice Finance, I am a credit controller and I deal with so many clients. I look after there ledger, from cash to chasing
I am currently working on my maths and I believe I have improved on that
I enjoy doing the programme
well, I can speak to my point of contact at any time through the day If needed. We set time frames and plenty of help is provided
my manager provide and helps me with everything and anything I may need.
My training provider helps me lots, he is there when ever I need to speak to him.
learning about all the different things within the business, all the rules on data protection, the maths also come in handy.

the managers I have had from my time in RBS have been amazing, they are there when needed and give me support when needed.
make the most of this programme, take everything in. take part on all the webinars and keep on time with the times.
