  • i am an operations anaylst. On a day to day basis i reconcile payments, complete daily reporting, QA/QC, manage a payments inbox.

  • yes, time management, using spreadsheets, to deliver customer service, communication, project management

  • i enjoyed meeting new people, gaining work experience and becoming more mature

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There was very bad structure, we saw the apprenticeship programme twice through the full duration, we were allocated a apprenticeship manager who wasn't supportive and didn't understand what was required. We received no clarification or support we had to figure out everything ourselves.

  • no support, but i do believe this is down to the fact that they wasnt made aware of what to do to support us

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • my first apprenticeship manager provided NO support. my second apprenticeship manager Michelle dawson was very informative, gave me so much support and was really helpful through the process.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • the qualification unfortunately hasn't made an impact on my role as i am in an operational role, which has a straight process with spreadsheets.

  • i did a run for charity, aspire events, team building sessions
