i am an operations anaylst. On a day to day basis i reconcile payments, complete daily reporting, QA/QC, manage a payments inbox.
yes, time management, using spreadsheets, to deliver customer service, communication, project management
i enjoyed meeting new people, gaining work experience and becoming more mature
There was very bad structure, we saw the apprenticeship programme twice through the full duration, we were allocated a apprenticeship manager who wasn't supportive and didn't understand what was required. We received no clarification or support we had to figure out everything ourselves.
no support, but i do believe this is down to the fact that they wasnt made aware of what to do to support us
my first apprenticeship manager provided NO support. my second apprenticeship manager Michelle dawson was very informative, gave me so much support and was really helpful through the process.
the qualification unfortunately hasn't made an impact on my role as i am in an operational role, which has a straight process with spreadsheets.
i did a run for charity, aspire events, team building sessions
