I enjoy the programme as it gives me opportunities that are not offered in other organizations such as qualifications, mentoring, CSR and the chance to build up a network
the programme is well organised as this is structured to ensure time management skills are development so job role duties and exam revision are balanced well to ensure the qualification is passed but also that the job role is developed
I received a lot of support from my line manager, fellow colleagues, fellow apprenticeship colleagues and also having a mentor. There is also a lot of online resource through the organizations intranet that has helped my development
we have regular webinars and review calls for both the exam and coursework and on going support with further training and induction days
It aids my banking knowledge in particular regulatory elements and also time management skills are developed having to balance the job role and the apprenticeship studies
networking events with the team charity days social events

its provides an extensive range of value as an employer and I feel I can develop myself well with the support I get
advise I would give is to be ready for a challenge and also be adaptable to changes within the organization
