We were given tasks and had to work in teams and present our ideas. I also had done a CMI course over this period an had work experience in the transaction department.
I had learnt leadership skills in the CMI qualification and team building skills with different methodologies.
I enjoyed working in a business environment and I liked how there is no restrictions to ideas.
It was organised very well I was constantly occupied.
I learnt a lot about the company such as there values and more about how businesses work with the financial services.
It helped me decide that I would like to go into the financial sector.

Yes there was a lot of experienced individuals there you could ask including advice for later career paths.
