Internal sales executive Review

My role at Tech Data involves many different tasks, these tasks vary and involve many different skills which I have learnt here at tech data. these included calling customers up asking them how much they spend in the channel every month to helping to quote customers. each role I helped in has taught me valuable life lessons.

I have developed many new skills as well as improving my existing skills. An example of this would be my confidence and sales techniques. Natural training has helped me improve the way I sell to our customers and has helped me gain my confidence on the phones when calling out.

I enjoy the apprenticeship program tremendously, although my previous job earnt me a lot more money the skills and life lessons I have gained through my apprenticeship are priceless. as well as this I used to have to drag myself to work as I didn't really enjoy my job however now I am always on time and egger to learn!

My apprenticeship program has been very well organized, I always know what I need to do and I am always kept up to date with the coursework I need to do. I like the organization and thought that has gone into my program as it helps my day run smoothly.

On a day by day basis I receive the best quality support I could ask for. No matter what mood im in my team are always there for me and are always there to help give me a boast when I need it. Everyone feels like they are part of a team and that is proven by the attitude we all show.

I receive more then enough support from my trainer through out the last few months, although we ad around three different trainers the all gave quality support through out my program. an example of this would be through out my course work, I'm not the biggest fan of course work however my trainers always helped me complete the work.

I feel like the qualification through my training provider has helped me mature and become the strong smart individual I am today in my present sales role. for example the skills I have been taught through natural training will help me with rest of my carrier as they are proven to increase the profit and sales with my customers

yes there are many different extra curricular activities to get involved in and I actually take part in one, which is football. I used my networking skills to meet and talk to many different colleagues around the business and now a part of the Microsoft six a side football team

I would recommend and have recommended tech data to all of my friends as it is a fantastic company to work for. Everyone is friendly and everyone is always there for each other, as well as this the opportunity to develop your carrier are endless. For example if sales isn't for you then there are many other roles to get your teeth stuck in to.

I would tell everyone to act like them self and be 100% honest as honesty will get you very far in this company. as well as this I would recommend everyone to be confident and not shy away or questions, tech data is always a very fun place too work.
