I have loved every minute of my apprenticeship. The quality of the training is incredible and apprentices are really looked up to. You are really cared about and the amount of things you get to become involved in within the company is amazing.
I have learnt so many new skills, especially in the manufacturing side. I have gained a lot of self independence and confidence, its made me a better person.
I enjoy getting involved in different types of work such as working in different areas. I also enjoy promoting the business at events such as schools and arenas. I really enjoy the training that's provided. Nothing is ever too much.
Extremely organised. There is a clear plan of what is to be done and it runs very smoothly. The management are great at organising the apprentices.
I receive a lot of support, they are always there if you need to ask them anything. I cannot fault the support which is offered.
I receive a lot of support at work and at college, if I need to complete any college work while I am at work, the management are happy for that to happen.
when working towards your qualifications you gain a lot of knowledge which you an then transfer to the working life. Because you have a lot of knowledge you are able to put it into practise and perform better at work.
outward bounds is a great team bonding experience, social events such as promoting Unilever as a business to College's etc.

its an amazing place to work and you get the best training. it has a fantastic reputation and the management are amazing and always helpful. Apprentices are the star of the show. It really does make you grow as a person and achieve your goals. You can go along way with Unilever as long as you have the right attitude.
Make sure you don't make silly mistakes when applying for Unilever, it is a life changing opportunity which can help you go along way. Show your strengths and show that you deserve this job as much as others. Do your research, Unilever are a massive world wide company with some of the most popular brands.
