L&D Business Partner Review

My role is to complete learning need analysis with senior stakeholders of each department to create a learning plan. Throughout the year I will then prioritize, update and implement the plan to ensure this is helping towards the business strategy.

I am very new to the program but can already see how it will support my role and the skills I need. This will include influencing, challenging and also my self organisation skills.

Very much so, I think it makes me more confident in my role.

It is very clear and I understand how my next 18 months will loo in regards to my apprenticeship.

My employer is very involved and pro development, this makes it so much easier to be able to focus the right amount of time on my studies.

Up to know I have had a lot of contact and feel very comfortable reaching out for any extra support.

I think it will help me greatly and also improve my confidence as I know I am on the right track.

Yes there are lots of events, there are events specifically organised for grads or apprentices.

Yes

You feel valued and that your development is very important. The apprenticeship program is very well organised and structured, this helps massively with in-house recruitment and development
