  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme has met my expectations. I have enjoyed being away from home in a safe but more freeing environment. It has been very good to have been working and living with people in my year based across the country so that if in the future I need to move my place of work I know a number of people at every site which will help the transition.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised with a clear timetable and meetings with instructors every 12 weeks. Instructors have the final timetable and are happy to show you the months plan or what is occurring on a certain date to allow you to prepare for the class to the best of your ability.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot of support from instructors, management and co-ordinators. When faced with a problem while on the training programme there are a number of people who can assist. This involves people based at the place of training and those who can be contacted by email or phone. If the person you go to for guidance cannot help they know who can help and put you in contact with them.
