I am learning ther skills at the the moment in my first year to them take out with me on the rest of my appprenticeship and through out my career. these include; electrical, machining and mechanical.
I have learned all new skills as i came stright in from school so only had basic knowledge which I could further in this apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship as it is an all inclucive for everyone. It is a really welcoming environment. The apprenticeship is full on but well layed out and enjoyable. each apprentice gets to voice what they feel can be improved and if they feel something is not working or working well.
there has been a couple of hiccups along the way which is expected. overall it works well and structed in a good way. Developments are made to improve the organisation whenever needed.
there are a lot of support given as they want you to enjoy the apprenticeship and want you to always achieve your best. There is support for work related issues as well as personal.
They provide each apprentice with as much support that is needed and can be given.
They have given as much help as possible throughout the time we have been here.
through out the year there are different activities to get involved in such as car carnival and mountain challange. There are also other geart things to get involved in.
