Each day started with a number of relevant talks, for example on pathways to law, and then afterwards we would go to our department for the day and learn about what it dealt with. These departments were different everyday.
It helped me to develop a better understanding of a commerical law firm, the departments within it and the work it does. I also was able to develop my research and letter writing skills.
It was a highly enjoyable and well planned programme.
I was respected by all the lawyers and trainees that I worked with, and they were quick to praise as well as suggest ways for improvement with individual tasks.
It was a very well organised programme, with a number of interesting and relevant talks and activities.
We were trained in the systems and structure of the company on the first day so that we were well prepared for the rest of the week.
The trainees were there to help with any problems and were very informative.

It was a well organised and interesting programme that helped to confirm that a career in law is what I wish to pursue.
Spend as much time on the form as possible and answer the questions in as much depth as possible.
