On a day to day basis, we learn lots of different and relatable skills in the training school, to soon adapt into workplace (MINI Plant Oxford).
I feel as if i have developed a lot of new skills that will be useful for the rest of my life/career
At the start, i was nervous but after a couple of months i have felt a lot more confident.
The structure of our programme is very organised and structured.
We recieve a good level of support from the assesors and managers.
We recieve a good level of support from the training providers.
I feel like it helps me quite a lot, to perform better.
I believe there are football clubs.

It's very good apprenticeship than can develop you into a good person!
Make sure you do the correct research on the company and come prepared.
