My role is an amazing one at TUI you get the opportunity to learn have access to lots of trainings! You get treated like any other staff member and get opportunity’s to sell holidays to customers when you feel you are ready. You haves lots of support and guidance. You get system you can keep all your work together and have accessors who are always there to help you if you may need it! I’ve been working here now since November and felt confident enough to sell my first holiday the following month now I’m always trying to get a sale and am moving up.
Before I started I didn’t really have customer confidence, however since starting this has flew through the roof and I have seen that myself! I certainly am developing more skills to and always wanting to build my confidence and trust with customers and once you do it feels amazing to have someone want to come and see you again!!
I love the program! The staff the company is amazing I get give the support I need and help. There’s never a day I don’t enjoy going to work. Each day is a different day and it excites me. I feel like I get treated equally against my colleagues.
Very organised, I have systems I can use if I’m struggling, there are always numbers to ring and someone I can contact if I need to talk. The whole assignment side as well is also just as easy! I have access to it anywhere and I have the help I need if I am struggling.
I get a lot of support my colleagues have helped me grow and achieve goals I never thought I would achieve but the help and support I have received is amazing. There is someone I can always ask if I am struggling. With out the support I dunno what I would of done.
I get a lot city and guild always provide the information I need for my journey assignments there’s always links and documents attached to help me with this and my accessor is easy to get hold off if I need her ! Which I really love. This section is helping me more and more.
It helps a lot it gives you more knowledge on destinations, products and customers and how I can improve each time and Allows me to keep track on what I have been doing and what I can work on. I find it amazing how I can locate things by a click of a button.
We have Educationals we can do which sometimes are really fun there’s always new opportunity with TUI and to me that is the main thing we all keep in touch on the Facebook page and we can see how as a region we are doing and I think it’s incredible as we are a one team culture.
Yes
Because a TUI doesn’t just sell holidays it sells memories and dreams and happiness as a company we treat every customer as if they are a booker! Even if there not they will get our full kindness and smile and we know that they will then come back to us.
Definitely go for it and don’t be afraid. TUI Is a grate place to grow and become a better person. It’s easy to learn I had a good start as I did do travel in college but I still didn’t have a clue what I was doing at the start! But now I have the correct training and feel so much more confidence in myself more than I ever did.
