Serving customers to the best of my ability. Providing great customer service.
I feel my communication skills have improved greatly.
I have enjoyed taking part in the apprenticeship and learning more about the business area that I work in.
The programme is well organised, I have found it easy to navigate and discover what I am required to do to complete each task/mission.
There is support when needed. We are given the same amount of time per week to complete any missions that we need to submit.
The support I have received from my training provider has been amazing, I am always able to ask questions if I am unsure of something and an answer is always provided without fail.
It really helps me perform better in my role as I am able to take feedback and apply it within my job. I also learn a lot about my role from being on the qualification programme.
