  • I'm currently really enjoying my programme. The setup is flexible, the team I am working with is very friendly, and I am being kept busy with lots of tasks.

  • I feel very appreciated by my line manager and my team, as well as my development manager. I also feel like a key resource on the project

  • I feel that the programme is somewhat structured. The induction and training went smoothly and key deadlines are made clear.

  • The training I have done has been very helpful and informative, and the people on it have been helpful. The training has been enjoyable.

  • I receive a lot of support from my team and manager when needed, and they are happy to help.

  • The salary is very good. I have enough to get by each month.

  • There are quite a few opportunities throughout the year, including company events and activities. There are also several gatherings, such as project team meals and Christmas parties and so on.

  • Yes

  • A flexible work environment, lots of opportunities, good salary, great company to start in.

  • - Sell your skills and abilities - Keep calm throughout the application process - Take the opportunity as an apprentice to find a role that speaks to you
