  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Enjoying it more as I've gone along. It was a job like no other I've had before so initially, the adaption was quite hard, but now I am finding my feet!

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Overall well structured. At the start there was some confusion on behalf of all members sitting the course and we felt we weren't giving enough guidance and support. Despite there still being an element of this, we have our own assigned skills development coaches who we can contact at all times throughout the day so the support is on hand had we need it.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Lots of support. They provide me with the time in work to complete and ensure I am up to date with task books and my revision. As well as other arms being there during work hours to support me with whatever queries I have.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Lots of support. As mentioned previously, my skills coach is always on hand if I ever need to call him and he always responds quickly to any emails I send him.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It makes me more aware of issues, or factors to be aware of. I would say it has also helped me in terms of time management and the need to set time aside for certain tasks.

    7/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not so much social and sports teams. We have had a couple of social outings as an office but I think they are aiming to improve these in the next coming months. There is lots of opportunity for networking, however it would be nice to be made more aware of networking events that are going on as for me I feel this is quite restricted.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Be organised on the forefront and always try and stay one step ahead of the game!
