My apprenticeship programme is well structured and has clear set deadlines which allow me to know when I have new coursework to do and have deadlines which are explained to me. The only issue that I have had is that it has taken a long time to get my apprenticeship started
I receive quite a lot of support from my employers as they care about my wellbeing and how I am doing in my role. I am coached regularly to make sure that I performing to the best of my ability and how I can improve in my role to do the best for my customers.
I have recently received an email from my skills coach who has introduced herself to me and has told me about what we will be discussing with each other.
