Interacting with clients helping them with their Banking queries, to transact, to apply for new products, to assist them when they need it.
I have developed my telephone manners further, how to conduct more appropriate emails, how to use systems more effectively and how to manage my time efficiently.
I really enjoy the programme, the job and the people that I work with.
I think it is structured ok but I do believe some improvements could be made such as the structure of the coursework running alongside the exam as I find it hard to complete coursework and study. I feel as if more webinars would also have been beneficial.
My team including Managers and Assistants are very supportive of me and my work.
I don't feel as though I have had a great deal of support, maybe within the 1st few months they were good but now I'm maybe 1/3 the way through and I don't feel the same as I did at the start.
It helps my knowledge and understanding, which helps with my daily interactions and how I perform at work.

I do believe that they're a good company with great opportunities and they will put the effort into you if you put it back.
Be honest and make sure that you would like to take on a challenging course that will take up most of your free time. Be confident, outgoing, as well as being yourself. Make sure you are motivated.
