My apprenticeship has given me a range of experience as i have had lots of training and been supported throughout my apprenticeship, this has enabled me to develop every day for the past year within work and outside of work.
I have enjoyed working hands on instead of learning how to do a job through a book. Also, the range of work I have been involved with to enable to develop a range of skills.
The programme was very organised and i felt it worked really well.
I receive loads of help of my employer and this has enabled me to move forward quickly and learn different things.
I received lots of help from my provider she was always there whenever i needed help.
It has enabled me to have a better understanding of the structures within the business.

Go for it! I personally believe an apprenticeship is better than going to college because you are learning how to do the job rather than being told how to do it, you are working hands on. When I first came to the Shifnal office I felt like a part of the team before I had even started, everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
