I have found my programme really helpful. It has provided me skills that will help me develop my career and progress further with in the financial sector. The workbooks that I worked on so far have been very helpful and has improved my knowledge of financial and investment sector and how to manage relationships at work.
I didn't find the programme very structured as I was the first one to be enrolled with in the apprenticeship program. Managers were not communicated how the apprentices will have time allocated for the study required to finish the qualification. Although it has since improved a lot which has helped
At the start of apprenticeship there was not much support available from the employer as the programme was new to business and there were no foundations laid to help ease the and understand the programme for both managers and employees. My manager does constantly provide support and time that I require.
My training providers have changed several times over the last year, but my current training provider has been the most helpful, she is always available to ask for any help and I can get in touch with her email when needed. We hold regular Skype and face to face meeting to discuss my progress
My qualification is playing an important role in my job role, as it has given me skills to handle difficult situations and also perform competently with attention to detail. It is given me the skills on daily bases to exceed my role and perform to the best of the abilitie
