I am training to become a lean specialist, I operate on process improvement and project management to ensure our output as a business is as good as it can be.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have leant countless new skills within my work, majority have been engineering based, applying theory to practical working environments.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Every day presents me with new challenges which drives me to continually improve, I really enjoy developing my skills and becoming better at what I do. I am never bored within my job.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well structured and is tailored to my needs. Mentors and managers are always available for guidance.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have mentors and management always willing to support the work I undertake and any other queries I may have.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They give me more then enough time to prepare what I need.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Due to my own decision to take bit of a different path my technical certificate does not really support my work but does give me a good basis of knowledge to work from.

We have many different activities outside of work to get involved with.
