My role involves me interacting with customers in order to fulfil their day to day banking needs such as withdrawls, deposits, transfers, printing out thier bank statements etc but also to help them with and queries or problems they may be facing in regards to their banking and financial needs.
I have learnt many new skills such as being able to understand customers and also specific banking skills like knowing how to use the systems and how to fulfil processes
I think that the work itself is not too hard but itis challenging in a sense that there is a lot to learn but I enjoy being able to learn new things and the only downside really is in terms of how customers treat you at times.
I think its very well organised. I had a time table of when I needed to finish things by so that I wasnt behind and loaded with a lot to do towards the end. Also if I needed anything i had that support at all times.
I get the necessary time to do my work and I believe my employer has been bery supportive ad helpful along the process
My trainning provider has been really good in terms of checking up on me breaking things down so I can fully understand and also helping me improver my work. She has been great
The qualification helps to push to improve myself which is therefore reflected in my role at work
We have many social activties, opportunities to go out with our colleagues and just have a good time. Our relationships are not restricted to working hours.
Yes
I believe that RBS has plenty of opportunities and they are very supportive in terms of your needs as well as your goals.
I would say that RBS is a good place to work. If you go with the right mind frame you will learn a lot, not just about banking but things that will help you improve as a person.
