My role consists of managing a portfolio of third party companies that provide me with customers for me to price for. I then price these using the system's which I was trained how to use and chase up feedback on the prices I have sent out to them. I chase up these by using the phone and I start to build a better relationship with the TPI.
I have learnt many skills since I have started here at eon, my confidence has built up a lot more than it was, I have learnt how to use eons systems, how to manage a large portfolio of customers, how the industry works and how to build a better relationship up with the third party companies.
I really enjoy my programme to the point where I want to work at eon in the future and hopefully make a change to the company to keep up its great brand image it already has. I want to build up my career within eon and hopefully do my best as they have already helped me a lot.
my programme is very well organised and structured as we have a task every month to achieve and complete to the very best standard and this is made a lot easier with the help I am getting from managers who have already helped me a lot since working here. The support we have been given is great.
I have received a lot of support which have been very useful in work and with remit work as well, the team catch-ups and 121's are very helpful as we are given a better understanding on how we are working and how we can approve at work and in ourselves.
we are seen to every month to help support us from our training provider and I believe this helps a lot as they have given us a lot of support to guide us in the right path to make sure were always moving up to do our best with our set work and our practical work.
The qualification I am set to achieve has helped me lot as it is a level 4 qualification, it has pushed me a lot so I can hit this target and gain this level 4. I want to do my best and hopefully perform a lot better along this duration of the course.
eon provide a lot of activities at work such as once a week, we play heads and tails along the ales floor to help boost up everyone, so instead of sitting down all day, we are all getting up and moving about, also they do have sports teams which I do want to hear more about and will find out.
Yes
As it is a great place to work, with great people to work with and they provide the most amount of support I have ever been given at a work place, I would recommended this to anyone as it has really bought the best out of me, I have achieved so much and will achieve a lot more since I have been here.
the tips I would give is to join here you will need to have respect for others as everyone works really hard and also to have a positive attitude as everyone here does, to be confident, and also you we need to have great team working skills and there is a lot of team activities to help gain your targets.
