7- my day to day role involves serving customers via different communication channels, weather that be over the phone or via e-mail. This could be anything from a general enquiry to helping them gain funding for a project that they've got coming up within their business. I also have to lease with other colleagues to gather the required information.
Yes, I've learnt a verity of skills throughtout my course so far. These include customer service, lending, time management and how to deal with complaints, even though these complains could be rather complex and difficult to get to the bottom of. I've developed all these skills over the past 6 months.
I really do enjy my program as I love interacting with customers on a day to day basis. I also enjoy the office environment and the people that I've got to work with on a day to day basis. This is massive for me and helps me enjoy my course.
Not very. I don't feel like there is much structure to my program and it seems like there are too many different moving parts. One person my say one thing and someone else could say another. this is for sure a part of the program that requires some development and work.
A fair amount. I wouldn't say that this is an issues as my employer does support me very well. Like I said I have no uses and feel fully to complete my course and my role in a fantastic and timely mannor. Hopefully this stays the same throughout the course.
Not enough. This is for sure an area that needs work. B.P.P do not support me enough and I don't hear from my assessor enough. She does however say that I can contact her at anytime but this doesn't feel like the right kind of set up
Very well. I hope that once I've complete my qualification that I will be able to progress my career and gain more experience in other roles within the bank. I don't see this being an issues as I always shall back myself to do well in any role that I try.
I've been to a few different events since I've started my role. I've been to networking events with colleagues that I've found very good and enjoyable. Hopefully these shall continue throughout the time that I'm studying within the bank. These should set me up well for the future.
Yes
Enjoy it and feel that it for sure is an good organisation to work for and I always do feel that I am being supported in my day to day work environment. this is a good thing and wouldn't change this or my job unless a very good offer came along
always have an open mind and don't let anyone else tell you what you should or shouldn't do when you're in your role. Always put yourself forward for different things as well. this is the only way you will learn and this will also help you gain the most from your role
