Its good now I am 9 months in - the first 6 months, I felt there was a lack of direction.
Its ok - A lot is left to me to go out ant learn against the standards. The standards are so vast that research can get lost and its hard to make any head way. Some structure would help and make me as the learner more efficient. Workshops are great as the conversations in the cohort are a fab way of learning but there is a lot of info - I'm unsure how much I take in.
My line manager has been great in allowing study time.
Sometimes feel like I'm left to it a bit too much - had 2 one to ones in 9 months.
Loads - all relevant to me progressing within my role :)
