I have learned about funeral law and procedures
It was fine at first , then my assessor left, and was not replaced for some time . The replacement was not able to schedule visits and assessments in order for me to complete my apprenticeship in the appropriate time scale. He then left the company . The company employing my assessor was taken over by a second company. Much of my remaining assessment was done via phone calls , and although these assessors were very professional and efficient, the experience was not really enjoyable. I think it would work far better for the coop to have its own assessor.
Not very, it took far too long.
My employer allowed me time to have the assessment visits , I ended up doing most of the phone assessments in my own time , at home .
Not much , there was little communication from the first company, the second one was better .
I think most of what I learned I learned on the job, the apprenticeship was just an assessment of what I had already learned/ found out.
