My usual daily job role would include working stock, on produce, chiller, freezer or main. Typically if I’m working in the morning I would be working produce or chiller, if in the afternoon I would be working backstock and replenishing stock that is very low for the customers to buy
I have learned a lot of new skills while working for Aldi, I have become a much faster worker and have become more efficient with my work, I can handle situations with customers e.g customer complaints or queries if they need help finding a product on the shop floor
I am enjoying my programme a lot at the moment, next year will be when I’m looking to start training for being a manager, I am very excited to start training to be a manager as I feel like it will be a good step for me in the career
There are some things that need sorting out e.g a meeting with my regional trainer, other than that the programme is very well structured in the way that you can progress to be a manager, overall I am very happy with the programme and how I can progress n
I receive a lot of support on a daily basis from my employers on how I can improve my work and become better at my job, e.g when I’m working stock people will teach me ways how to get more stock out and be efficient with my work
I receive a lot of support from colleagues and training providers, it makes me feel more confident in my working environment. Overall I feel very happy with work and feel confident that I will he here for a very long time as I really enjoy the work that I’m doInh
Since starting I have become a lot better at my job role and have become more confident in where everything goes and can work efficiently by myself, Overall I feel as if I have been trained very well because I have l learned my way around in 3 months z
There are some more activities outside of work e,g football tournaments and other things that can be very exiting to participate in, these make you feel better abiut working because you can make friends from work and also have fun outside of work, this makes for a better working environment
Yes
I would recommend Aldi to a friend because it is a very calm and relaxing place to work, the training you receive is top quality and all managers and store assistants are very nice and welcoming towards new people, Overall I feel very welcome at Aldi and being new was made very easy
Be honest and don’t lie on your CV, say about your qualities and what you think would make you the right person for the job, try to stand out in your interviews and come across the best y You can, in summary just be honest and try to stand out
