  • 9a. Would you recommend Aldi to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend ALDI to a friend because they are an amazing employer, the benefits are amazing, everyone you work with is kind and makes you feel at ease, the hours are good, there isn't anything to dislike. Hard work is expected, but everyone in the company is willing to because of the benefits

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • Advice I would give to other people when applying for ALDI would be don't think the hard work stops after this, you must keep the hard work going because that is what is expected of you when you are working at ALDI, you must also be confident in everything you do
