Mature apprentice second year. Two college days attended each week, remaining time spent on placement on site. Course work to be completed and placement projects.
Practical skills have been improved by on the job training in various areas of the business. Academic skills improving as each stage is completed.
Learning and experiencing new working processes are very enjoyable
Some communication issues between departments can occur but generally well organised.
Support from employer and colleagues is always available.
Training provider support is always available during working hours and in some cases out of hours when required.
