Day to day running of the store making sure we are legal and compliant. Training the team, recruiting new members and promoting internally. Deal with external bodies coming into the store, helping customers, making sure the store is full and available for customers and delivering great standards. Make sure the home delivery service is run efficiently and dealing with stockloss issues.
