I am a controller in the control room and I cover shifts everyday and make sure that all of our clients have a security officer for the day or night, if a store doesn't have an officer I will have to cover the shift as soon as possible for the store.
I have learnt many new skills including better language. I have also been on an IT course for a while now and I have learnt new things about it and new things about processes like excel and word and power point and presentation and many others. I have learnt a lot.
