My Role as a real time analyst is to monitor customer interactions within Customer Services and report on these interactions provide the operation with relevant information. MY role also involves skilling technicians and agents across customer services sales and loyalty with the correct phone lines and webchat lines as well as scheduling their shifts.
I Have learnt many new skills including managing workload and how to prioritise my work whilst in the office and how to manage my apprenticeship work and balance the two out wisely, communication within my team and other teams across customer services and how to improve engagement when communicating to others in the organisation.
I enjoy my programme as it is relatively flexible with working periods and allows me to manage my job as well as my programme workload. My programme allows me to prove my worth and show what I can do within my role at Sage and my apprenticeship programme as a whole.
My Programme is structured in a way that allows me to have time to complete my work alongside my job role workload which is very good. My tutor is organised when providing me with the work and training I need to complete my course with the best possible grade achievable.
I receive all of the support I need, there is always someone around if I need them and I can always find time to go away and work on my apprenticeship work if I need to. if I need extra support then Sage are always there with the resources to help me.
all of the support I need is there and I can always find the help I need. I can always rely on my tutor to support me through my qualification and can always ask questions no mater how simple they may sound. my tutor is also very understanding about my job role.
I feel like my apprenticeship helps my job role because there are some administrative tasks which I would not know how to complete if I had not been taught. there are a number of tasks in my role which don't relate to anything in the specification of my apprenticeship but are definitely worth knowing.
There is always activities available for me if I choose to do them. We have Sage Foundation which allows us to use volunteer time to help the communities which Sage is part of and other charities who could really benefit from our help as a business. They are always available to sign up for.
Yes
Because it is a great place to work and the environment is very interactive and friendly. All of the people are very welcoming when you first start and will always be there for support if you need it or if your manager isn't in. you will always find the help you need.
Be confident and just be yourself because that's all Sage ask of you. they don't push you to be anyone you're not. Sage as a business understand that your health and well being are always first priority and they have many different ways of helping you succeed.
