Serving customers. Unloading deliveries. Keeping store tidy and well stocked.
Better customer service. To pick up my pace when doing things. To be more aware of my surroundings.
Some days it is very well structured and some it is not. Depending on which managers are in on the day.
I receive a lot of support from many of the staff. I would agree that Aldi would be an amazing place to work for due to some.

Some members of staff make Aldi amazing to work for, it's a very friendly environment and most people help you when and if you need it.
Be aware of everyone you work with, keep a smile on when greeting customers if possible, work at a good fast pace level and communicate with your employer as much as you can. They are very understanding.
