On a daily basis i complete tasts such as putting stock out and being on the till. Whilst im outting stock out i ensure its all done with the health and safety precautions in place and whilst im on till to meet the needs of what my company asks me to.
I had not worked in a retail store before so learning stock and being on a till was all new to me, such as time keeping on palletes. I have developed my skills of customer services whilst im on till, as it is important for the customer. Ive also learned allot more team work.
I enioy my programme. Its teaching me allot more about where i should be in my programme. My trainer is also helpful and is helping me stay on the right track and ensuring im enjoying and comfortable whilst im at work. The programme was nes to me and wss better then expected.
I do believe its its well orginised and structured. I have all the contact numbers i need incase i have any questions and the visits i have with my trainer is worked around when im able to do so and the coursework i do is given to me in enough time bg the bext visit to complete
My employer is always giving me thingd to work on and also praise. Ive learnt allot and continue to learn fron my mistakes and the things that i excell at. I get the support that i feel i need and if i have any questions they are happy to give the answer.
While im working towards my qualification my trainer is giving me all the help i need and all the helo im asking for. I have the contact number and email for whenever i need a hand. I do believe i get enough support and i am very happy with it
I believe it helps allot as im learning while im doing my qualifaction. While im also learning through work im learning by the research im doing while i am completing questions for my qualification. I have learned allot through both and i do feel my.role has improved by doing the qualification.
No there arent. Im not sure weather its that im not aware but i havent been told of any events that i can get involed in. It is a good idea as it gets the whole team working together and becoming a better enviroment for everyone whos working in aldi.
Yes
I would reccomend a friend to aldi as i have been very satisfied by how ive been treated when i started and how they help you grow and help you improve when they see you need to. I also think its a very happy enviroment and pushes you to challange yourself.
Its a hard working job and it isnt sitting down all day. So before applying ensure your ready to work hard and get pushed to your limit. But its also got to many oppertunities to go forward in such as management or even higher. Its a very good company to work for.
