Arranging funerals for clients contacting Church ministers, doctors, and crematoriums
Yes I have learned how to run a busy office and everything to do with arranging a funeral
I do enjoy the program however I can not work on it while I am at work because I work alone and I have one of the busy branches and our computer system doesn't allow us to connect to all the sites we need to
the program so far is very good well organised
Very little apart from my induction notes and the in house training modules but these are not always easy to access
I receive monthly contact with my trainer with the ability to contact her outside this if needed by email or phone
I feel that it will give me more confidence
