  • Very well organised; University of Exeter and IBM work well together to ensure I get a positive and well-supported experience.

  • As much as I require - I feel comfortable going to both my development manager (responsible for the apprenticeship, progression, general well-being) and my line manager with any questions or concerns.

  • As much as I require - they have been very helpful in the past.

  • I feel well-prepared and often more up to date than colleagues.
