I currently work in audit. This involves going out to various client sites and preforming an audit. I am constantly working with new people and new client which makes my role extremely varied. As I am on the 360 programme I get the opportunity to rotate to different departments and explore the company more.
Yes, I have developed my communication and presentation skills. I have learnt and developed lots of Excel skills which I use on a daily basis. I have developed professional competence and due care. I have also learnt how to manage my time more due to juggling my study with my work.
It is very varied which I enjoy. No two days are really the same. I am constantly working with different people and learning different skills. I have gained a lot of self confidence since joining. Everybody is very inclusive and understanding of different skill levels. It is also a very varied programme.
very well organised. I am always busy and know where I have to be and do. There is a team of people dedicated to looking after me as an apprentice. They constantly check up on me and check that I am on track and developing as I should be whilst enjoying the apprenticeship.

There are activities such as running clubs, muslim societies, future leaders. There is also welcoming breakfasts where you can meet partners.
