Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice - In my time at BMW I have been in a number of different departments. Most of which I have eben given a project to complete.Projects that do ultimately have an effect of the company and could give the business an impression of what I am capable of.
During my apprenticeship I have completed a Foundation degree and started my full batchelors. At the work place I have developed these skills into being able to put these into practice at work.
The majority of the time I have enjoyed my apprenticeship.
Certain departments value the work that an apprentice can do, many others see them as somebody to do the jobs they do not want to do instead of furthering their knowledge and experience.
My programme is structured but also alolwed for some changes.
When seeking support I am ususally adequately assisted.
When seeking support I usually recieve some assistance.
My salary is competetive but I feel does not reflect how hard I work and the qualififcations I have gained.
There are many events outside of work time to get involved in.
Yes
I would recomment the BMW Group apprenticeship scheme as I believe it provides good training for all of those involved. I also believe that the future prospects after working for BMW are vast. Also there are a lot of perks including a company car.
I would explain the interview process and explain in more detail the job role they would be applying for.
