I deal with customers on a daily basis, they come with a range of queries which include balance making payments, checking transactions on their accounts and also getting updates on their accounts in regards to any changes that they are making to their accounts.
I have been able to further develop my skills in dealing with customers.
I really enjoy my programme I have a very good team that I work with, and my manager is very supportive, I have all the support I require because of my condition it can be difficult at time, however my manager helps me through .
My programme is structured in a good way I have a personal tutor who keeps track of my progress and I get time out of my work to be able to work on my apprenticeship every week.
I have all the support I need from my employer they have allocated me time every week to be able to work on my apprenticeship
My tutor is very approachable and is available when I have any concerns or if I need any help with anything.
I am able to reflect on the work I do on a daily basis, and can see if there is anything that I can improve on.
We have gpls that we complete within our work place this is required to keep us up to date with everything that is going on in the banking industry, and the gpls also make you aware of certain things such as being able to identify vulnerable customer and knowing if there is any money laundering going on.

I enjoy my work place and it is a very good place to work, it has a very friendly environment were everyone gets on with each other.
