Serving customers quickly with outstanding service. Preparing barista made drinks to an outstanding quality and creating the Pret buzz. Making coffee, preparing and cleaning the barista area, serving customers, going beyond their expectations. Having great execution with the drinks and preparing it within 90 seconds to the correct Pret standards
Learning how to be a barista, improving customer service skills, learning to make latte art
Programme is fun and always learning, improvements to Pret working environment needed.

Lots of skills are learned through working. First few weeks can be challenging but you will pick things up in no time.
