Engineering Technician, iteracting with many different colleagues, office based role. Working on process performance.
Learnt how to use machinery i.e. lathes & mills. Learned domestic electrical work.
Learning something new every day, making new friends and developing new skills. I enjoy it very much.

My programme is poorly managed, but basic structure is in place for us to follow
