  • Engineering Technician, iteracting with many different colleagues, office based role. Working on process performance.

  • Learnt how to use machinery i.e. lathes & mills. Learned domestic electrical work.

  • Learning something new every day, making new friends and developing new skills. I enjoy it very much.

  • Very valued, I mean, they give me a nice car

  • My programme is poorly managed, but basic structure is in place for us to follow

  • Not adequately, running a car is an essential daily task to get to work & this absorbs over half of my monthly wage.

  • Limited events which only a select few apprentices are ever chosen for
