I am a site engineer I give levels take Q & A help with the management of the site I cost tickets and place orders with suppliers I brief out stuff to the ops including tool box talks morning briefings safety alerts. I also do the setting out around sit e.
I have developed how to talk to my peers and talk in front of groups of people. I have matured and learnt what life in the real world is like. I have learnt how to use construction equipment such as total stations dumpy levels laser levels long tape measures and
I enjoy working on my programme as It has helped me progress in my life and develop into a mature young man and I prefer it to going to college and uni because I learn more by going out onto site and learning than sitting in a class and learning.
it is very structured I get lots of support whenever I ask and I have regular check up meetings with my managers who tell me how I am doing and tell me how to improve. the structure is good and I don't think It would be better anywhere else.
