  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the structure of the programme being 4 days in work 1 day in college is good as the one day in college allows me to have a break from the everyday work activities. it provides a good break whilst i still gain valuable knowledge from experienced tutors in Cardiff and vale college.

  • The tutors at Cardiff and vale college are always available via email all week no matter the issue. they will always provide a good standard of feedback for submitted assignments if they're good or bad. • 9a. Would you recommend JN Bentley to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • i would recommend JN Bentley to a friend due to the amount of support they provide you with from the start. the time invested into all apprentices is great and you don't feel rushed. everyone offers you help if its needed from the second you get there. the line managers in each sector of the business are approachable and there's no need to feel intimidated.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JN Bentley?
  • being honest with your application and interview. there are so many different people within the company everyone gets along no matter where you're from or what you do. you'll gain more respect being honest with others about your construction knowledge and willing to learn the basics rather than pretending to know it all to gain the job.
