  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My Job involves different expiriences during the day to day basis. My team checks different forms that the clients use to register or amend their digital channels system that we use in Barclays. we have to reject or approve the forms based on how the submitter has filled them out.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the apprentice programme has not been very well structured in my opinion. from the barclays side it could not have been better however from the side of knowlege pool it could have been better. we only see our talent coach once a month which is not enough and at the start we did not see them for months.

  • i feel like i recieve some support from my tarining provider however i do not feel like it is enough. we only see them once a month and when we do it is not really on a one to one basis it is usually in groups. whern we email our talent close we raely get a reple either.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • i do not think that the training we recive from our trianing provider helps us in my day to day role as the qualification is in retail banking and the role i work in is business banking so the qualification and the role do not really corrilate that much. i still do find the qualification interecting and a good thing to obtain.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Barclays to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • i would reccomend barclays to a friend because it is the best job i have ever had and hopefully i have a job for life here. the company supports their colleagues and there is so much we can do outside of work to help the community and be involved in multiple activities.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • The tips i would give to other people applying to barclays would be to learn ways that they can learn how they can use our vision which is respect, integrity, stewardship, exellence and serveice. i would also tell them to try their hardest to get the job because it is a fantastic oppertunity.
