In my current role as CRM Manager i oversee the implenetation of new technology wihtin the business enruing that we work closley with colleagues across the UK from relationship manager to senior director. By implenting new tools wihtin the business this allows colleagues to offer better and effective customer journeys.
Yes, troughtout my 3 year journey on my programme this has allowed me to build valubale skills within frontline customer facing relationhship management, leadership, strategy, alaytics and project management which has put me in a great postiion now at Assistant Vice President level which is a great acheievement for peopel of a young age.
This is a great programme, each day i come into work with a huge smile on my face happily wanting to do the best for my collegaues and customers all day every day. We are also able to take part in community events and raise money for themt oo.
The programme is well strucvtured from the date i applied giving me all the necessecary tools and information to make me feel comfroabtle. Whilst on the programme i have regular one to ones with my line manager, leadrship team, dissertation mentor and trianing provders. It would be great to see more apprentices!
My training supports me throught my univeriosty studies and have an 'open door policy' which means we can come and ask for help and advice any time we need. Not only that but we have other collegaues on this programme that are able to help with tricky case studuies when we need.
My employer supports me a lot throughout my programme. Upon induction to the programme we go and meet in a central location where we build skills and knowledge around the programme and team management. We then have a condesned study blocj which is 3 years split into 12 weeks with colleagues.
My quaklification is very beneficial as this is in leader ship and management which is the exact field i am working in at the momement. Not only this but we are given suport on an on-ggoing basis. At the moemenet i am very impressed and happy where i am !

My advice to someone considering their future would be don’t just look at the short term, 5 years can fly past so quickly so fill your life with memories that will last you a lifetime. For me, it was the best choice I made as a 17 year old and hope others can too.
