I work in the Project Mangement Office, supporting Project Managers with any queries they may have regarding governance and control.
I have become a lot more confident and am now able to speak freely on team calls without fear.
I enjoy the programme for the most part. However, feel that there is not enough integration between cohorts. I did not start my apprenticeship training until 8 months into my role, but no apprentice events occured within that timeframe.
I feel that most of our development goals are relevent, however having a group presentation at the end of the year is difficult to manage as you are very immersed in your group.
I do not recieve as much time as I would like to from my employer to complete my college work.
My training provider is very good (QA), both teaching wise and in terms of skills coaching. If I have any queries, I am always able to rely on them for a timely response.
I have learnt a lot which I have benefitted from such as Conflict Management which I struggle with in not only the workplace, but in general.
All of the above are ongoing within my workplace.

It is a great place to work with many friendly colleagues who are happy to help. It has a great reputation and can lead to a great career in not only finance, but also IT, design and various other fields.
I would advise potential candidates not to focus on the skills of others, but moreso the skills that they can utilise within the company. This will help them to further their career.
