I am a Maintenance Technichian , it is my job to maintain equipment/tools in a good fit for purpose condition
Yes many i have gained an NVQ level 3 in mechanical engineering, functional skills, welding certificates and many other practical skills
I enjoy my day to day work as there is always something new and different to do the job dosent become boring, i work with a very inteligent and friendly team so my work ethic is high
i feel very valued they have spent a huge ammounnt of money ivesting in me and my programme, I feel valued from little things like they have provided me with tools and any equipment i need so i also feel trusted.
my programme is very well organised any training, support assistance that is needed is provided to me
I have a close working relationship with my training partner she helps organise training and manages me very well to ensure i stay on track
a little, i like to try to tackle things on my own and get assistance when needed.
My salary is well paid and it meets my costs
