At the moment my role is to generate and run reports, as well as performing analysis on key income drivers within the investment bank for senior management mainly for use by the CFO.
Yes I have now become reasonably skilled in excel, prior to joining I had zero knowledge. I would also say I have improved my qualitative skills and have learnt how to analyse data in a more precise manner.
Could be better if there was a bigger social side to the job and chance to interact with other apprentices.
Some aspects are very well structured whereas other aspects could do with improvement.
We receive quite a lot of support but more would help maybe more study time for exams because when you are busy at work and have to commute far finding the time to study can be very difficult.
Quite a lot we receive frequent emails from them offering help and we have quite a good virtual learning environment
I don't really, the work I do is much harder than what I learn at college and it is not really related.
There are many clubs and networking events

I have an enjoyable time when at work. My colleagues are incredibly helpful and understand we are only apprentices so our understanding and knowledge might not be as in depth as others
Always be yourself and work as hard as you can everyday.
