Haven't learnt any new skills yet but I am hoping to.
There have been times when I have enjoyed the programme such as initial training was much more structured as to what I will be doing. There has been no structure for the last 4 months so I don't feel that I am benefitting from doing an Apprenticeship.

If the training is applied properly then it would be of great benefit to me in my job role because I deal with financial issues everyday when speaking to customers.
